Description:
When Alexander James Noble looks in the mirror, he sees a freak looking back at him. Despite his high grades and plans for culinary arts school after graduation, his parents would hate him if they really knew him.
Forced on a shopping trip with his twin sister, Lyric, and her friends, Alex eyes the girls jealously, longing to be able to dress like them—to be them. The constant struggle of being “gender fluid,” wrestling with an identity that seems to change daily, begins to wear on Alex. But all those questions and fears seem more manageable when his sister gives him his first skirt and lace panties.

Excerpt
Her expression was guarded as he approached. “Who are you?” she asked.
“Jesse Mason. I found you a few days back, about a mile from here.”
The girl scanned the room, as if looking for something. “Can…can I please talk to your wife?”
Jesse stiffened. “I don’t have a wife.”
She took another step back. “But…but the baby, and someone changed my clothes.”
Hi everybody! My name is Penny Estelle. I was a school secretary for 21 years and retired in 2009. We moved to our retirement home in Kingman, AZ and we live on 54 acres in a very rural area. Actually we live “off the grid”. We live on solar and wind. A real adjustment for a city girl. I must say – I love it. Nothing like walking out your front door and hear coyotes howling in the distance and seeing a sky bursting with stars. It is breathtaking!
My writing career started with stories for the tween kiddos. I have advanced to a few romances, family drama, two historical western romances, and even a non-fiction shorty about my life living off the grid!

Teach
Me (Southern Nights Book One)
A
woman determined to heal…
Shy
researcher Jess Kingston spent the last eight weeks recovering from
her ex-boyfriend’s brutal attack. Body healed, she’s ready to put
her life back together—except her ex isn’t ready to let go. She
won’t cower in a corner while Brit tortures her, but she’s
powerless to fight back.
A
man determined to resist…
Ex-military
security specialist Conlan James avoids commitment like the plague.
His job, his Harley, and the occasional one-night stand are all he
needs, until the day he rescues Jess from a tense situation and
realizes he can’t get her off his mind. He can teach her to protect
herself, but protecting his heart is another matter.
A
madman determined to win…
As
the deadly game of cat-and-mouse with Brit heats up, so does the
hunger between Con and Jess. Safety might be found in numbers, but in
bed, all bets are off—and the wrong move could lead to heartbreak.
Or death.
Excerpt:
What
the hell are you doing here?
This
wasn’t the first time in the last five minutes that Conlan had
asked himself the same question. Maybe if he had an answer, the
revolving door in his brain would stop spinning, but that didn’t
seem likely. Not anytime soon. Not with the beautiful brunette he’d
come to see sitting close enough that, if he let himself look, he
could detect the light dusting of freckles across her nose. But he
wasn’t looking, and he shouldn’t be here, so how had he ended up
standing in line behind the thirtysomething latte league? It sure as
hell wasn’t for the coffee.
Legs
braced wide, he shifted from one hip to the other, the creak of his
motorcycle chaps reminding him he could be enjoying a few extra
minutes on the Harley before work instead of spending that precious
time here, mooning over a woman. Doe Eyes. The first time he’d seen
her all those months ago, he’d thought her eyes reminded him of
sweet Georgia pecans and skittish does. The name stuck, as had the
memory of her eyes—and a hundred other glimpses he shouldn’t have
taken.
Another
name called, another latte dispensed, another shuffle forward.
He
hadn’t seen those eyes in eight weeks, and yet still he’d shown
up every Monday, like clockwork, hoping for one more glimpse and
calling himself an idiot. Wasn’t like he planned on asking her out.
So why the hell did he torture himself with these weekly forays into
enemy territory?
Sex.
Or sex appeal, at least.
Another
step closer to the counter. The move didn’t ease the constriction
behind the zipper of his jeans. This was what she did to him,
thinking about her. Especially now, after so long apart.
The
thought had a snort escaping. Ahead of him, Mr. Suit and Tie startled
and glanced over a shoulder, but Conlan ignored the look. He was too
busy figuring out when “this” had become enough like a
relationship in his head that he would think things like “after so
long apart.” Doe Eyes might appear prominently in his thoughts from
time to time—especially certain
times—but he’d never seen her outside of this coffee shop. And he
wouldn’t. A quick roll in the hay was one thing, but Doe Eyes
wasn’t the kind of woman who had one-night stands. He could tell
that much just by looking at her. She was a relationship kind of
woman, and he was a relationship-phobic kind of guy. Which meant he
seriously needed to get a grip—and not on the part of him growing
even harder at the idea.
Idiot
was right.

“Adriana
Kraft has created memorable characters that linger long after the
story has ended and I’ve closed the book. She has done what an
author should--brought me into the book's world and made me care
about the characters so that my world will not be the same as before
their foray into it.”

engaging and very entertaining story. The character interplay is

When the Chips are Down, There’s Nobody There
Daisy
Matthews grew up on the streets of Chicago, and if she learned
anything, it was that she could count on no one to help her, ever.
She knows she has to tough it out, protect herself, and when
necessary, protect anyone she cares about. All by herself. No one
else will do it for her.
Hubs
and I have loved writing Daisy and her story. We first introduced her
in Cassie’s
Hope (Riders
Up, Book One) – she’s the
teenage waif in the group home where Cassie worked before she went
back to training horses. We’ve known so many kids like her across
our social service and academic careers. There’s a special kind of
resilience that comes from growing up that way; kids who don’t
develop it probably don’t make it, and we’ve known some of those,
too.

I'm happy to have Cornelia Amiri as my guest, along with her new release. Cornelia has been a great help to me in writing my own books, and I appreciate her help. So without further ado, here she is!
New
Release – Once Dance With A Vampire
I
use fantasy to bring Celtic magic and lore alive to the readers. So
in my books, people can shapeshift, there are selkies, dead ancestors
cross over to speak with you and help you out, gods fall in love with
humans, and, from time to time, dragons visit from their alternate
dimension and Celitc vampires roam the modern world looking for men
to seduce.
Do
you like vampires? What about fey? Are you intrigued by Scotland and
Scottish lore? Do you appreciate a strong, handsome man in a kilt? If
you said yes to any or all of the above, step underhill to the
dwelling place of the baobhan sith. They are waiting for you. They’ve
saved you a dance.
Dancing
Vampires is another name for the baobhan sith. In Scottish folklore,
the baobhan sith (ba vawn shee) target handsome men on the road at
night and dance with them until the men grow exhausted. The vampiric
temptresses transform their long nails into talons and rake them
across the men’s backs. Clawing at their victim’s skin, draining
their blood, then drinking it.
But
in my series, instead of attacking men, the seven sisters fall in
love with the men they go after!

One
Dance With A Vampire - Fourth in the Dancing Vampires series.
Sexy
Scot Angus is consumed with dreams of the fiery vampiric fey Tearlag.
Their dancing steps came to a halt a year ago when they almost killed
each other. Angus comes upon the alluring woman again and despite the
danger, he has to have one dance with her. Angus’ muscular arms
clasp Tearlag tightly as they dance across a field of heather. An
insatiable hunger rises in her and it isn’t for his blood.
From
different worlds, fey and human, her sisters and his brothers
threaten at every turn to keep them apart.
Excerpt:
When her gaze met his, the gleam returned to her eyes and the rosy
tint to her cheeks. Warmth lit in him and ignited a flame, burning
all his fears, regrets, and sadness away. An intense need flared
through him. Pressure coiled in his groin. He leaned closer and
brushed his lips against hers. His mouth tingled as he kissed her
smooth, warm lips. He twisted his mouth over hers, his lips dancing
with hers. His neck muscles stretched as a hot, relaxing energy
flowed through him.
Tearlag
tilted her neck back. “My sisters warned me about the kiss of a
mortal.” She licked her red lips. “Now I know why.”
“Again.”
He tilted his head toward her.
“No.”
Tearlag pulled back. “I think not.” She shook her head. “I have
to go.”
Angus
watched her hips jiggle and her red hair sway against her back as she
strolled across the road and waded through the long grass in the
field.
He
followed her.
When
Tearlag reached the pile of ancient stones, he grabbed her hand from
behind and twirled her around, pulling her to him.
“Before
you go, give me one dance.”
She
held up a single finger. “One dance.”
He
clung to her sultry skin. Her subtle, sweet scent, floral and smoky,
danced in the evening air. Her breasts rubbed against his chest and
his breath caught in his throat. His erection swelled and his balls
grew tight with tension. Her hips jolted his lower body as they moved
in a slow, sensual dance to their own music of want and desire.
Tilting his head to her neck, he darted his tongue out and licked her
creamy flesh. When he planted kisses on her neck, she shivered. Angus
pulled her tighter to him.
Sliding
his mouth from her neck to her hot lips, he massaged them with tugs
and twists. As he prodded her lips with the tip of his tongue, she
opened her mouth. He thrust his tongue within and tangled it with
hers. When she pulled out of the kiss, he left her face flushed. The
salty taste of her skin lingered on his tingling tongue.
Her
breasts heaved as she rasped, “Leave a rock loose for tonight.”
Her
soft, breathy tone sent a hot tremor through him.
Her
reddened lips, still wet and swollen from the kiss, turned up at the
corners into a sensuous smile, promising more to come.
“I’ll
be here at sunset. Waiting.” Ecstatic with hope, he couldn’t
breathe. She wanted to see him again.
Tearlag
stepped on the cairn, portal to the fey realm, and vanished before
his eyes.
“Tomorrow
night.” His voice sounded hoarse, even to his own ears. He
swallowed hard as he stared at the air above the cairn where Tearlag
had stood, and wondered if he’d ever see her again.
